Partrick Xu, borned in 1971, bachelor's degree and EMBA of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Mr. Xu founded the Group in 1997, and now he is the chairman and president of the Group. Mr. Xu is comprehensively responsible for the construction of the partner mechanism, the formulation of the strategic plan, and the coordination of the Group operation and development. He formly used to be a member of the 15th Standing Committee of Ningbo Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, vice chairman of Ningbo Municipal Committee of China Democratic National Construction Corporation. He is now a member of the Standing Committee of Zhejiang Provincial Committee of China Democratic National Construction Corporation, vice chairman of Ningbo Federation of Industry and Commerce. Mr. Xu won the honorary titles of "National Excellent Member of China Democratic National Construction Association", "Advanced Individual of Poverty Alleviation Award of China National Democratic Construction Association", "Excellent Entrepreneur of the 40th Anniversary of Reform and Opening-Up of Zhejiang Provincial Committee of China Democratic National Construction Association" and "Exemplary Individual of Non-Party Personages of Ningbo Federation of Industry and Commerce of Democratic Parties Contributing to the Construction of Modern International Port City".

Charly Chen, born in 1977, bachelor's degree and EMBA of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He joined the company in 2001 and used to be the manager, general manager and vice president of the Group. Currently, he is the vice chairman and co-president of the Group, leading the strategic layout, competitive strategy and new business layout of the Group. And he is fully responsible for the daily operation of Union Source. Mr. Chen is the president of Ningbo Jinyun Chamber of Commerce, the vice president of Jinyun Federation of Industry and Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce) and the member of Jinyun Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. He was awarded the title of "Outstanding Entrepreneur of Ningbo" in 2012. He received the Operation Award in 2010 and the Merit Award in 2019.

Vinson Qian, born in 1980, bachelor's degree. He joined the company in 2003 and worked as the manager, general manager, and vice president of the Group. Currently, he is the vice chairman and co-president of the Group, who leads the strengthening of the Group's supply chain construction, improvement of informatization and digitalization , business process optimization and process management, and is fully responsible for the daily operations of Union Chance and Union Deco. Mr. Qian is the member of China National Democratic Construction Association. He formerly used to be a member of the 7th Jinhua Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and currently he is the vice preisident of Yiwu Hangzhou Chamber of Commerce. He received the Merit Award in 2019.

Rainbow Wang, born in 1972, bachelor's degree and EMBA of Zhejiang University, obtained the accountant title in 1999. In 1997, Ms. Wang participated in the foundation of SELLERS and was one of the early founders. She worked as the manager of finance department and the deputy general manager of Sellers Union. Currently, Ms. Wang is the vice president of the Group, who is responsible for financial operation management, group fund operation and external investment decision-making. Ms. Wang is the member of China National Democratic Construction Association.

Andrew Fang, born in 1975, bachelor's degree and MPA of Tongji University. Mr. Fang used to be the manager of SanJiang Shopping Club Co.,ltd., the deputy director of Ningbo Foreign Trade and Economic Bureau, the member of the 14th Ningbo Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative and the member of Economic and Technological Commission, the member of the 12th Ningbo Municipal Committee and the chairman of Grassroots Branch of China National Democratic Construction Association. He joined the Group in 2014 and he is now the vice president of the Group, who is responsible for human resources, administration of the Group.

Daniel Wu, born in 1977, bachelor's degree and EMBA of Dalian University of Technology. Mr. Wu joined the company in 2000 and worked as the deputy manager and manager of Sellers Union. Currently, he is the general manager of Sellers Union and Do Well, who is fully responsible for the daily operations of Sellers Union and Do Well. He received the Outstanding Contribution Award in 2004.

Lemon Hou, born in 1980, bachelor's degree. Ms Hou joined the company in 2003 and worked as the manager of Sellers Union, deputy director and director of Union Source. Currently, she is the general manager of Union Vision, who is fully responsible for the company's daily operations. Ms. Hou received the Outstanding Contribution Award in 2007 and the Golden Tripod Award in 2018 and 2019.

Jolin Zhu, born in 1975, bachelor's degree and EMBA of Dalian University of Technology, member of the Communist Party of China. Ms. Zhu obtained the title of accountant in 2003 and joined the company in 2004. She worked as the manager of finance department, the director of finance department, and the director of human resources & administration. Currently, Ms. Zhu is the asssistant president of the Group, who is in charge of document & shipping, risk management and warehousing & logistics. She is also the secretary of the Group's Party Branch and the deputy director of Anti-Corruption Construction Committee.

Jim Yu, born in 1982, college degree. Mr. Yu joined Union Source in 2006 and worked as the business manager and business director. Currently, he is the general manager of Yanlu Smart Home, who is fully responsible for the company's daily operations. Mr. Yu is also the vice president of Yiwu Hunan Chamber of Commerce. In 2007, he received the Excellent Business Award.

Tony Wang, born in 1981, double bachelor's degree. Mr. Wang joined the company in 2006 and worked as the manager and director of Union Chance. He is now the general manager of Union Deal, who is fully responsible for the company's daily operations. He received the Golden Tripod Award in 2017 and 2018.

Grace Xie, born in 1979, college degree. Ms. Xie joined the company in 2006 and worked as the manager, director and deputy general manager of Sellers Union. She is now the general manager of Greentime, who is responsible for the company's daily operations. She received the Outstanding Contribution Award in 2011.

Kenny Shao, born in 1981, bachelor's degree, member of the Communist Party of China. Mr. Shao joined the company in 2005 and used to be the manager, director, deputy general manager and general manager of Union Source. He is now the general manager of Union Grand, who is fully responsible for the company's daily operations. He received the Golden Tripod Award in 2017 and 2020.

Justin Fang, born in 1982, bachelor's degree. Mr. Fang joined the company in 2007 and used to be the manager and director of Union Chance. He is now the general manager of Union Home, who is fully responsible for the company's daily operations. He received the Outstanding Contribution Award in 2013.

Ren Wang, born in 1980, college degree, who used to be the sales manager of Ningbo EUMEX. Mr. Wang joined the Group and founded Port To Port Logistics in 2014. He is now the general manager of Port-To-Port Logistics, who is fully responsible for the company's daily operations. He received the Golden Tripod Award in 2017 and 2021.

Alex Zhang, born in 1977, bachelor's degree, who used to be the deputy general manager of Ningbo China Youth Travel Service. Mr. Zhang joined the Group in 2015 and he is now the general manager of U-Tour Trip and U-Tour Exhibition, who is fully responsible for U-Tour's daily operations. He obtained the National Senior Tour Guide Qualification and won the titles of "German Tourism Charm Expert", "Dutch Tourism Expert" and "Australian Tourism Expert". He is also the entrepreneurship mentor of Ningbo University and the member of China National Democratic Construction Association.
