On the noon of July 28th, our Group successfully held the 2023 Cooking Competition. 14 competitors were divided into two rounds, with Group President Patrick Xu and 15 other partners forming a judging team. Through the internal collaboration, the cooking process was presented to the judges and employees through the live broadcasting.

The staff prepared the ingredients, kitchen utensils, cutleries and chef equipment for the competitors in advance. After they arrived at the kitchen, the competition began. During the cooking, the competitors would introduce the dishes to the audience.

The judges in the viewing area watched the cooking process through the live broadcasting and waited for the delicious food. A few moments later, the dishes arrived. The judges tasted every dish, shared their tasting experiences, and provided precise improving suggestions for competitors. The dishes were so delicious that the judges were difficult to make decisions. After careful consideration, they unanimously decided to expand the numbers of winners from 3 to 7.

Food conveys happiness, laughter unites us closer. This is the meaning of the cooking competition, and it also demonstrates our determination to jointly build a humanistic and harmonious enterprise.
