Exploring Leading Japanese Enterprises

The study tour visited 5 Japanese enterprises,including KYOCERA, a Fortune Global 500 companyspecializing in the production of electronicproducts, PANASONIC, a global leader in electronicproduct manufacturing, YAMATO TRANSPORT, aleading company in the Japanese logistics industry,TAKUMl, a century-old craftsmanship enterprisein kimono manufacturing, FUJITA KINZOKU, afamily-owned small factory dedicated to innovativemanufacturing.




Interpreting Business Philosophies


The study tour actively learned and interpreted the business management philosophies of Japanese enterprises, including KYOCERA's Amoeba Management, PANASONIC's advanced principles,TAKUMl's century-old craftsmanship, and YAMATOTRANSPORT's ultimate service. In addition, the tour visited the Inamori Library and the Matsushita Memorial Library, gaining in-depth insights into the legendary lives and business philosophies of the two entrepreneurial giants.
