With the increasing normalization of international exchanges after the adjustment of epidemic control measures, the plans for foreign merchants to visit the Group and business departments to go out to visit customers have significantly increased. Our Group attached great importance to the needs of frontline employees, actively got in touch with the Exit & Entry Administration Bureau of Ningbo Municipal Public Security Bureau and Foreign Affairs Departments to provide our Group with green services. The service scale involved personnel passports, exit-entry permits for traveling to and from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, APEC cards and other visas. A total of 128 employees participated in the registration process, and the service demand reached 178 people-time. The first batch of applications was successfully completed on March 20th.

Yuyu Wang, Director of the Exit & Entry Administration Bureau of Ningbo Municipal Public Security Bureau stated that, since the launch of the "whitelist" and "police enterprise liaison officer" system, the Ningbo Municipal Public Security has gradually provided targeted services to key foreign trade enterprises and overseas investment enterprises in Ningbo, helping enterprises "go global and seize orders". This time, the Ningbo Municipal Public Security entered the Group and provided employees with specialized and fast services, and provided convenience for enterprise employees to engage in business activities abroad by focusing on the needs of key service groups.

The Exit & Entry Administration Bureau of Ningbo Municipal Public Security Bureau also provides information on convenient services for processing foreign visa documents, including providing convenient channels for foreign talents to apply for certification in Ningbo and implementing specialized window and dedicated personnel services, providing "one thing" processing services of work permits and residence permits for eligible foreign workers employed in Ningbo. Furthermore, the Bureau also provides convenience for enterprises to apply for port visas. For foreign nationals who urgently need to come to China for business negotiations, exhibitions, visits and exchanges, engineering repairs, investment and entrepreneurship, visiting relatives, and handling personal affairs, if they do not have time to complete their visas overseas, they can apply to the Port Visa Endorsement Office of Ningbo Municipal Public Security Bureau to assist foreign nationals invited by enterprises in obtaining port visas for entry from the airports of Ningbo, Shanghai, and Hangzhou.

Sulan Ma, Director of Ningbo Foreign Affairs Service Center, and Shulei Tang, General Manager of Ningbo International Exchange Service Center also led teams to participate in on-site consultations and handling matters. The on-site colleagues stated that APEC business travel cards can directly enter and exit 16 economies implementing travel card programs, with stays ranging from 60 to 90 days each time. This is equivalent to a 5-year valid multiple entry visa, which is very convenient for business people to explore the international market. This door-to-door service also reflected the government's practical support for enterprises, achieving maximum efficiency and optimal experience.
