On March 20, the Group held the 2025 Annual Work Meeting of the Charity Fund. More than 30 attendees participated, including Group President Patrick Xu, Party Secretary Weng Qidong, General Manager of Administration Fang Fang, and Charity Fund committee members from various companies and functional departments.

The meeting reviewed the 2025 annual report on the Charity Fund's operations presented by the Administration Department, with in-depth discussions focused on optimization directions and implementation details for 2026. The goal was to continuously improve the Charity Fund's structure, enhance the targeting of effective subsidies, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the program. Following the meeting, relevant implementation details will be revised and refined based on the feedback from discussions, and will be announced to all employees after confirmation by the Charity Fund Committee.

President Patrick Xu delivered the concluding remarks. He noted that since its establishment 11 years ago, the Charity Fund has seen increasingly mature operating mechanisms, more precise subsidy targeting, and solid and effective work by the committee. He emphasized the importance of maintaining the annual review and review mechanism, continuously optimizing the subsidy structure and effectiveness evaluation, and steadily improving the scientific and standardized nature of operational decision-making.
