In order to help cultural ambassadors and management level of various subsidiaries better understand and disseminate corporate culture, the Administration Department organized two courses on April 7th and April 28th respectively. 68 (person-time) cultural ambassadors and registered management level from Ningbo, Yiwu and Hangzhou participated in the training through the video. Kelly Fang, Deputy General Manager of Administration Department, presided over and gave the main presentation. Patrick Xu, President of the Group, attended the second course.

During the meeting, Ms. Fang first elaborated on the importance of corporate culture courses from three perspectives: integrating into the micro environment (For me), providing customers with new perspectives (For outside) and achieving the same goal within the team (For inside). Later, Ms. Fang gave a detailed and comprehensive explanation on the development process, partner mechanism, corporate culture, ecosystem layout and other exhibition hall content modules, and introduced relevant cases, which deepened the understanding and memory of participants. Mr. Xu supplemented some corporate culture contents and provided a profound and detailed interpretation of the meanings of the Group's way of management and enterprise spirits for the first time.

Corporate culture leads business development, which is the core competitiveness of the Group's new stage of development. The cultural ambassadors of various subsidiaries and functional departments are key persons and important bridges in the construction, upgrading, and implementation of the Group's culture. The Group hopes that participants can absorb the contents they learned from the courses, and actively apply them to the reception of visits from customers, suppliers, and other relevant parties, as well as the cultural sharing between internal teams and members, so that the training courses can play a greater role in the Group's cultural development.
