Continuous Learning Is the Driving Force for Our Development

Supply Chain Management Department
In order to strengthen the construction of the Group's sample room and better serve customers, all members of Yiwu Supply Chain Management Department went to Ningbo.
Everyone first exchanged the tips on sample placement and dos and don'ts about customer reception in the sample room, and then visited the Group's cultural exhibition hall. Subsequently, Patrick Xu, President of the Group, provided executable guidance for the development and maintenance of Sellers Union Online, and pointed out the direction for Supply Chain Management Department's future development.
In the future, we will continuously adjust the sample display mode, improve the level of customer services, and ensure sufficient resources and information of Sellers Union Online to help the Group's business development.
Document and Shipping Department
Ningbo Document and Shipping Department held the shipping process operation training on May 17th. Before the training, documentation specialists had finished the latest version of the shipping process operation guideline. During the training, they gave detailed explanation of the process operations for each section of shipping.
This training helped trainees to become familiar with the operation steps of shipping, which cultivated their correct operation habits, improved their delivery efficiency and ability to predict unexpected situations and prepare solutions. In addition, the training also invited the documentation specialists of Auland and Touch-Rich to learn from each other and make progress together.
Warehousing and Logistics Department
Recently, Warehousing and Logistics Department organized a delivery training session. The lecturer's interesting teaching style helped everyone experience the joy of work from daily examples. The after-class test also deepened the participants' memories of the training contents.
This training improved the participants' operational skills, enhanced the cohesion of the whole team, and strengthened the awareness of the overall situation and responsibility of the work.
Union Grand
In May, Union Grand organized a sharing session on how to control sales pace and prepare for peak season in terms of cross-border e-commerce.
The session took the four stages of the product life cycle as the starting point, and analyzed the specific contents that needs to be done during each stage. During the product introduction stage, operators need to complete the contents of product links as much as possible. In the growth stage, operators should pay more attention to product variants, post displays and videos. During the maturity stage, the stability of links is particularly important. Operators need to maintain sensitivity, pay attention to changes in product traffic and market capacity. Once a decline is detected, operators should analyze the reasons and make adjustments quickly to reduce losses. The arrival of the decline stage signifies not only the end of the existing product but also the beginning of a new product. It is crucial to clear inventories and develop new products timely.
After the session, the participants had more specific ideas about the to do lists for each stage.
