On July 13th, Sellers Union Group held the 2023 mid-year promotion report meeting. 30 management-level colleagues who were proposed to be promoted participated in the meeting. Senior partners and general partners of the Group attended the meeting and made reviews.

During the meeting, colleagues proposed to be promoted from different business fields, as well as functional supporting departments, gave brief reports on the aspects of personal and team performances, team building, and other work achieved in recent years. They emphasized the achievements and shortcomings of business development, talent cultivating, and cultural construction, and elaborated on their plans and key measures for the next three years. The meeting also mentioned about setting business goals, expanding market channels, and strengthening talent cultivation.

In order to ensure that the promotion work was fair, transparent, standardized, and orderly, the political commissars of each subsidiary talked with colleagues around the proposed promotion personnels to comprehensively understand their work performance before the meeting.

A total of 191 employees were promoted in the mid-year promotion.
